Sano & Associates, P.C. advises clients and assists them in drafting business contracts and other legal documents in our core practice areas:  commercial business transactions, corporate and non-profit governance, real estate, labor and employment, and construction.  While it would be difficult to list every type of contract or document that we have drafted for clients in the past, they include documents such as business contracts and terms and conditions, corporate bylaws and conflict of interest policies, commercial leases, employee agreements and policies and procedures, and a variety of construction agreements.

We bring our long and varied experience to bear in drafting these agreements, including our substantial litigation experience.  Thus, we understand not only how such agreements are typically drafted but, more importantly, how or why industry-standard agreements fail to accomplish their purpose and how to avoid problems in the future.

We advise and draft contracts and related documents for a variety of clients, from large entities to individuals.  But we specialize in working with “new” and “emerging” businesses to determine and anticipate their legal needs and develop business agreements tailored to their particular circumstances.
